Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and your enrollment in trainings run by GP Mind Growth Academy. Specific enrollment details are confirmed in writing on or after your onboarding call, and those written terms control if anything here conflicts with them.

Requesting a call

Submitting the form on this site is a request for a conversation. It is not an enrollment, does not reserve a seat, and creates no payment obligation. Seats are confirmed only after we speak and payment or a payment plan is arranged.

Tuition and payment plans

Tuition is $3,500 USD and covers the NLP Practitioner Certification, the Time Line Therapy® Practitioner Certification, lifetime mastermind access, one firewalking ticket, and lifetime retakes of both live trainings. Payment plans are available and are documented individually. Missed payments may pause access to the training and the mastermind until the plan is current.

What is included, and what is not

Your private room and on-site training are included. Travel to and from Murfreesboro, TN, travel to the firewalk, personal expenses, and anything not listed on this site are your responsibility.

Dates, attendance, and changes

The August training runs Aug 18 to 23, 2026, with arrival no earlier than 6:00 PM CST on Aug 18 and departure by 9:00 AM on Aug 23. Time Line Therapy® is virtual, Aug 28 to 30, 2026. Certification requires attending and completing the full training. We may adjust dates, venue, or schedule when circumstances require it, and will give as much notice as possible.

Firewalking

Firewalks run every other month at Henry Horton State Park in Chapel Hill, TN, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and you choose your date after enrolling. Your ticket is transferable to one other person. Participation is voluntary and involves physical risk. Everyone who walks signs a separate waiver on the day, and you take part at your own risk.

Cancellations and transfers

Because seats are limited and held for you, tuition is generally non-refundable. If you cannot attend your scheduled dates, your seat can be moved to a future cohort, since both trainings run twice a year and retakes are included for life. Any exception is handled case by case in writing.

Certification

The NLP Practitioner Certification is recognized by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP). Time Line Therapy® is a registered trademark of the Time Line Therapy® Association. Certification is awarded on completion of the training requirements and is not guaranteed by payment alone.

Conduct

This is a live room built on trust. What is shared in the room stays in the room. We may remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive to other participants, without refund.

Not therapy or medical care

NLP and Time Line Therapy® are educational and coaching methods. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for treatment from a licensed professional. No specific personal, health, or business outcome is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Training materials, recordings, and site content belong to GP Mind Growth Academy and are for your personal use. Do not copy, resell, or redistribute them, or teach them as your own curriculum, without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to the training or this site is limited to the amount of tuition you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
